1. Service

Fitness At Home Ranchi provides in-home personal training, group sessions, and digital tracking tools to residents of Ranchi and surrounding areas.

2. Booking & payments

Plans are billed monthly. Sessions cancelled within 4 hours of the slot may not be rescheduled. Refunds for unused portions are issued on request, pro-rated.

3. Health responsibility

You confirm you are medically fit to train, or have shared relevant conditions with us. Always listen to your body and stop if you feel unwell. We are not a substitute for medical advice.

4. Conduct

Both members and trainers commit to respectful, safe, and punctual conduct. Either side may end the engagement with reasonable notice.

5. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
